Antonio Nicolo Gasparo Jacobsen (November 2, 1850 – February 2, 1921) Was a Danish-born American maritime artist known as the "Audubon of Steam Vessels". This painting is of the schooner “Albert Marshall”, and is dated 1892. This is an excellent example of a portrait of a schooner.

Bela deTirefort (1894 - 1993) was active/lived in New York, Florida / Austria. Bela deTirefort is known for his social realist city scene style of painting. 

This painting is of a tugboat under the Brooklyn Bridge is dated 1946. 

His earlier works such as this, are the most sought after.
